Our Strategy

1. Our Goal:

To Plant Great Commission Churches in remote areas of the world…..beginning in South America.

2. Manageable Steps:

Step 1: Prepare. Contact is made with qualifying Indigenous groups by way of existing and/or new contacts in South America…... (i.e. National Pastors and other like faith Missionaries). Contacts are established in many ways such as Divine Appointment (which tend to be the best) and/or past/present/healthy work relationships.

Step 2: The area is identified as a potential planting field based on the needs of that area coupled with the leadership of the Holy Spirit.

Step 3: A vision/work trip is scheduled for the identified area where GWM will begin work. The “Man of Peace” will be identified. (Vision trips can consist of 1-3 people. The President of GWM, Inc. and up to 2 others will be recognized as the vision/work team. Vision trips can last 5-10 days if deemed necessary by GWM’s President).

Step 4: A Church Planting Team (CPT) will be formed, trained and launched to the designated plant area. The team can consist of up to 15 people. The team can be made up of Professional (Doctors, Nurses, Dentists), Lay People, and other Ministers. The CPT will work every day in the designated area ministering to the people through medical/dental clinics, Drama, and Sports Clinics, which are designed to open the door to the most important aspect of the trip…..Evangelism. All who were ministered to that day will be documented and encouraged to return that evening for a skit preformed by the Drama Team, Special Music, and a relevant Gospel Message. All who make decisions both in the day clinics and night services will be documented so that proper follow-up will take place by the designated National… and/or other trained nationals from other areas of the Country.

3. Transfer Stewardship:

Step 1: Assemble: Each time hereafter, the new group will meet in the same place with their leader as often as they desire.

Step 2: Nurture: Materials from the Mini Bible College (www.minibiblecollege.com) will be used with permission of ICM (International Cooperating Ministries) for the purpose of nurturing believers to the point of reproducing themselves spiritually. This process will continue so that the DNA of this new church plant will be “injected” into the next plant that will take place in another area. This process, AKA, a church planting movement, will continue so that all churches planted from the initial plant, will be reproducing Great Commission Churches.

4. Monitor Progress:

GWM, Inc. will remain in contact with the Lead Contact Person, or Area Coordinator on the field, by way of E-mail, Skype, or Phone in order to monitor progress. GWM, Inc. will continue to return to these areas to begin other new works in surrounding areas as new plant areas are identified by starting the whole process over again.
